Dashboard troubleshooting
Dashboard doesn't load correctly
All Domus dashboards are web applications which are delivered through URLs. As such, they rely on an active internet connection to work. So if your internet goes out or massively slows down, the dashboards won't load. If your internet is fine and you still get into a situation where the dashboard doesn't load correctly, all you need to do is refresh the browser in which you're working. You'll need to re-enter in any filter parameters that were already in place too.
Listing data is incorrect
If you're using a dashboard which has data drill-through, and you find an error in the individual listing data, contact your MLS to get the listing corrected. Our servers will receive the corrected record during the next scheduled data update.
Aggregated data looks incorrect
If you're using a dashboard which has data drill-through, and you find an error in one of the aggregated metrics, of course we want to know about it! If you're using a dashboard without data drill-through and you have that "gut feeling" that something isn't right, our first suggestion is to switch over to Market Insights to try to replicate the metric in questions and then verify the listings with data drill-through.
When all else fails
If you still have problems, contact your MLS or AOR support staff. Please try to provide as much detail as possible about the problem you're experiencing, including screen shots if possible.
