Data drill-through isn't working
One of the most popular features of our dashboards is the ability to drill into the underlying MLS listing data
. If you've already reviewed the FAQ on how to do this, and are still having problems, here are some additional tips for troubleshooting.
- Make sure you're using a dashboard where drill-through is enabled. Generally speaking, any dashboard that's posted on a website where non-MLS members have access to it is considered "public", and does not have drill-through enabled.
- Your mouse must be positioned on a data point. This can be a metric (number), a column on a chart, or a point value on a line chart. It will not work on the comparison percentage.
- It requires a quick double-click of your mouse. Not clicking fast enough is most often the cause of trouble.
