LiveLink not available error message

Did you see the below message?  Not to worry.  There are only a couple reasons you might get this error.  The most likely explanation is that you were viewing the dashboard, and then left the tab open and you walked away from your computer.  If more than an hour passed, then the dashboard "expired" during that time.  The solution is to either refresh your browser, or re-enter the dashboard from your original entry point, like your MLS portal.
