Monthly availability of Dashboards

Monthly availability of Dashboards

Domus dashboards are NOT like the old school PDFs that you might be used to.  While other vendors send reports directly to your email that you can post or share, that's not how we work.  Instead, our dashboards are online, interactive reports that update automatically each month.  So there's nothing for us to send on a regular basis!

Each dashboard is built with it's own custom URL.
The dashboard URL will not change!

This means that you only need to embed the link once on your website, rather than post a new document every month.  For most clients, the data is updated daily.  This means you'll always be looking at the most up-to-date information.

When to Share or Publish the data?

Many clients have a set schedule of when they want the monthly results to be published online.  There are also rules around how many days an agent is given to update their listings in the MLS.  We align with both of these concepts delaying each "Public" dashboard for an agreed number of days.  For example, if you don't want October Infographic results to be published before the 7th day of the month, the dashboard will be configured to display the September results through the 6th.  Then on the 7th day, the October results will go live.  We can even set it up so you see the results internally on the 1st of the month!  This gives you time to write your market analysis or press release.

PRO TIP:  It's also a good idea to put a "Review the Stats" reminder on your calendar for a set day early in each month.

Don't want to wait?

We understand you're anxious to see the market stats as soon as possible, which is why all "Member" dashboards don't have a time delay built in.  Just remember that the numbers can change significantly in the first few days of the month as members update their listings.  The data usually settles down after a week or so.
