Accessing dashboards on mobile devices
No, there’s not a mobile app for the dashboards. You’ll just access them as you
normally would. Typically, this is either from your main MLS launchpad, or behind a member
login on your Association website. Either of these deployments may have an app, or you may access them from a browser on your mobile device.
The dashboards are generally set to "fit to size", which means that they will attempt to display the entire dashboard on whatever size screen you're viewing it on. If you're using a smart phone, a tablet, or a touch screen computer, you should be able to zoom in and out on areas of the dashboard with your fingers.
Why aren't the dashboards responsive on mobile devices, you ask? Well, it's because they're just too darn complicated. Even though the dashboard look like a website, they're actually robust web applications, driven by lots of formulas and visibility options, Translating that to a user friendly "responsive" page just isn't in the cards at this time. Plus, unless you’re only searching for one or two high-level metrics, we recommend you set aside your mobile device and view the dashboards on a full-size screen anyway for the best user experience.
