I just ordered a custom branded Infographic, now what?
Now that you've placed your order, you can sit back and relax while we build your Infographic. Please allow up to 7 days for completion - you will not be billed during this time! We'll send you an email when it's ready for your review.
Choosing a Template
If you didn't choose a template when you placed an order, you can review our Template Gallery now. When you've made a decision, you can update your order via the Customer Portal, for which you should have received an email invitation after placing your order (be sure to check your spam folder just in case!). You can also respond directly to your order confirmation email.
Brokerage Logo & Headshot
If you didn't upload your Brokerage logo and headshot when you signed up, you can respond to the order confirmation email with those files. Each file must be smaller than 1MB, and will be resized as appropriate. Alternatively, we will download them directly from your website.
Background Graphic or Photo
If you prefer to provide a custom background image or photo for your Infographic rather than using one of our templates, please respond to your order confirmation email with the file.

Infographic Completion
Once your Infographic is complete, you'll receive an email with a custom URL which is the direct link to your infographic dashboard. The URL also appears on your monthly invoice, so check there if you can't find your original email.
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes that need to be made (different contact info, picture, etc). If we don't hear from you, we'll assume everything is perfect and you can immediately start using your Infographic. Data drill-through is not enabled on the Infographic, which means you can share the URL directly with your clients or on social media (as long as that's within the rules of your MLS). The data is updated automatically, and the URL does not change.
