When using an iPad to access a dashboard with slider filters, like price range, you may encounter a problem when you are using Safari as your browser.  This is likely because Safari is trying to use the "Desktop" version of the dashboard website rather than the "Mobile" version.  The solution is to click on the 'aA' in the address bar, and then choose the 'Request Mobile Website' from the popup menu.  You can also use a different browser app, such as Chrome.
