Troubleshoot a Dashboard on Safari (iOS)

If you're using an iPad or an iPhone, you're probably using Safari.  If the dashboard you're trying to view won't open, you probably need to change some settings.  Safari's built-in pop-up blocker can cause problems in both displaying a dashboard and in preventing the drill-through pop-up box from opening.  To solve this, you'll need to disable the pop-up blocker.
  1. Open Safari
  2. In the top right of the window, click on the settings icon.
  3. In the drop-down menu, uncheck Block Pop-Up Windows.
You can also try to access the dashboard in a different browser.  There are lots of browsers that work well on iOS devices, like Chrome or Firefox.  These may or may not have similar issues, so be sure to check the security settings after you install those apps as well.
