Troubleshoot a Dashboard on Safari
If you're using Safari, and the dashboard you're trying to view won't open, you probably need to change some settings. Safari's built-in pop-up blocker can cause problems in both displaying a dashboard and in preventing the drill-through pop-up box from opening. To solve this, you'll need to disable the pop-up blocker.
- Open Safari
- In the top right of the window, click on the settings icon.
- In the drop-down menu, uncheck Block Pop-Up Windows.
